Thank you for your patience, understanding and the many supportive messages we have received over the past few days. We are incredibly grateful for the strength of this community and for the trust you continue to place in us as the organiser of DWIC. Following the poll 74% of our delegation voted in favour of December.

DWIC is firmly established as the premium gathering of (re)insurers from all over the world and experts from the middle east, delivering a powerful blend of networking, knowledge-sharing, and strategic collaboration.

“With its unique ability to bring together global insurers, reinsurers, brokers, and consultants, DWIC is more than a conference — it is a melting pot of expertise, ambition,
and opportunity.”
Since it’s launch in 2017, DWIC has focused on providing senior insurance executives with a platform to meet and do business. Working with brokers, insurers and reinsurers, DWIC 2025 reinforced its position as the regional focal point for (re) insurance transactions.
As well as a great place to meet existing clients, DWIC offers attendees the opportunity to make new contacts. In 2025, DWIC saw more than 8,000 meetings pre-scheduled via the online Meeting Hub Portal.
DWIC is a great place to hear from internationally renowned thought leaders. Our 2026 line-up of Lightning Talks plus closed-door roundtable discussions will tackle the topics and themes of the moment.
DWIC Connect Istanbul isn’t just another networking event, especially in the context of current disruption across the Middle East. It’s a rare moment where the reinsurance market can still operate in real time.
In a conflict environment, the biggest challenge isn’t just losses, it’s uncertainty. What makes this event valuable is the ability to gain immediate, on-the-ground insight into geopolitical and market developments, and how reinsurers are adjusting in response.
More importantly, you’re speaking directly with decision-makers rather than navigating weeks of back-and-forth. With the structured meeting hub, conversations that would normally take weeks can be compressed into a single day of focused, high-value discussions.
At its core, DWIC Connect Istanbul is a one-day, high-level forum for the global insurance and reinsurance market, designed to keep the industry connected precisely when it matters most.
